Returns Policy

In accordance with the consumer protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period that starts the day after you

receive the goods. If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a returns authorisation number,this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.

We  accept the return of items only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. If you return the goods as detailed
we will issue a refund for the goods, excluding delivery charge

The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to CCS Imports, 6 Herriot Grove, St Davids Park, Ewloe, Flintshire,CH5 3UR, United Kingdom.
and will provide proof of delivery of any such return,the cost of such returns is not covered by the product warranty and is therefor payable by the customer.
returns of faulty goods, postage will be payable by the purchaser.
The return of the goods that are repaired or replaced postage costs will be payable by CCS Imports

Advanced replacement policy  is applicable to CCS account holders only, customers who are not account holders will have two years warranty on goods, replacement or repaired good will only be sent to none account holders when CCS has received and inspected goods

In addition our standard terms & conditions apply to all sales, available upon request, Products,Prices,Specifications, Terms and conditions are subject to change, Please check latest details when ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected



DELIVERY
 Next day when orders are placed before 3pm Uk time.
 If you  are  an  overseas  customer  please  allow  upto  five  working  days  delivery.

Modification

CCS-Imports  reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

CCS-Imports have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

Limitation of Liability

CCS-Imports will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of CCS-Imports, its employees or agents.
